When do we charge?

You only pay for successful resolutions. A resolution is “successful” when:

  • High confidence: the model is highly confident in the classification (auto-charged)
  • User confirms: your customer confirms the intent in the widget (“Yes, that's right”)
  • No response: if the customer doesn't respond within your configured window (30 min to 3 days, default 1 day), the resolution is charged

Low-confidence classifications and explicit rejections are never charged.
